The rooms were tastefully decorated and airy and had coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator. Location: the hotel was close to the great recommendations about walks, the beautiful nature and the local chapel. Apart from that, Catesby Viaduct was 5 minutes' drive away.

The lovely garden views from my room added a good touch to the stay.

I nearly considered giving this place a good review, but the flies buzzing around my room were unacceptable, and the bathtub lacked any handles! I also expected a warm welcome gesture, but alas, no upgrade or even a complimentary treat was offered. The staff really need to step up their game, seriously.

charming stay with excellent service
The staff provided really good service, going above and beyond to meet our family's needs. The spacious superior suite allowed ample room for our 10-month-old, complete with a fridge and microwave for convenience. Breakfast was amazing, especially the standout eggs that were cooked to perfection. The lovely garden view added to the charm of our stay.
We wished we could have explored more of the beautiful grounds during our short visit.

Absolutely loved the charming surroundings! My superior suite was super clean and gave me a good vibe of coziness. The warm welcome from Lizzie.
The lack of handles in the bathroom nearly had me auditioning for a slapstick comedy! Those pesky flies were keen to join my relaxing getaway!

What a cozy spot! The views from my superior suite were amazing, especially from the huge bathroom, and waking up to such beautiful scenery was a treat. Breakfast was a good experience with plenty of hot and cold choices, including fresh fruit. Only downside was the lack of a clear address initially, which made locating the place a bit tricky.
